Laura Young is in her second year as principal of Littlejohn Elementary, after serving two years as assistant principal. Although she has been in the district for four years, she brings 21 years of experience in education.

Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and is passionate about creating a positive, supportive school environment for students and staff.

Laura believes in leading with understanding and compassion, supporting students as they learn and grow from their mistakes. She is committed to building strong relationships with students, families, and staff while fostering a school culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
